I’m pleased to announce the premiere of my new performance work Trace a Day, to be presented on January 28 and 29, 2023.
📍 Venue: SCOOL, Mitaka
In this performance, I invite a woman working as a medical resident to join me in tracing a condensed version of her day—from waking up to going to bed.
Through interviews and by imitating her real actions, I attempt to reconstruct the daily gestures of her life.
By becoming a “one-day resident doctor,” perhaps I can momentarily gain a sharper, more embodied understanding of what it means to work in healthcare.
